With more than 15 years’ experience managing projects in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry, Victoria has been involved in iconic projects such as Malls, Yacht Clubs and unique residential and holiday properties giving a comprehensive technical service to her clients. Standing out for her successful leadership of the expansion process of a well-known company in the construction sector.

Victoria embraces the challenge of meeting deadlines while exceeding her clients’ expectations. She brings a technical rigor, passion for optimization, and expertise at combining logic and aesthetics to create spaces that are both functional and beautiful. Victoria approaches every project with an open mind, as she believes flexibility is key to creativity and problem solving.

Gloria has over 15 years’ experience in financial services and consulting, having started her career with Deloitte Spain and Deloitte UK. She joined GYG as Chief Financial Officer in 2012, after finalising the Joint Venture transaction between Pinmar and Rolling Stock, and was appointed to the Board in 2016, leading the restructuring and post merger integration and bringing particular strengths in areas such as banking, financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions.



After seven years with GYG Plc and successfully leading the finance function through the IPO in 2017 Gloria decided in 2019 to embark on a new personal and professional path mainly focused on Investment Advisory offering her unique perspective, proactivity, work ethic and drive to find solutions.
